Every agent has an approval setting. The default, Risky actions only, pauses before things like saving or exporting a file or changing an agent or workflow. Connector actions, like creating a Google Doc or a calendar event, run without asking. To approve each one, choose Always ask.
- Three choices. Allow once, Allow for this chat, or Deny. If you choose Deny, the agent carries on without that step.
- Sees what you can see. An agent reads a connected service with the permissions of the person asking.
