Your documents stay yours. Your people stay in control.
tting is built so an agent can be useful without being trusted blindly. Reading never interrupts, risky actions ask first, and nobody sees more through an agent than they could on their own.
Approvals you control
An agent reads without interrupting you. Under the default setting, Risky actions only, saving or exporting a file and changing an agent or workflow show a card first: Allow once, Allow for this chat, or Deny. Connector actions run without asking unless the agent is set to Always ask.
Permissions follow the person
Connectors are authorized per member with their own account. An agent reading Notion or Google Drive sees what the person asking can see, and nothing more. Memory built from a connected document is shown only to people who can open that document.
Workspaces stay apart
Personal and company workspaces do not share documents, agents or memory. Inside a company workspace, three roles (owner, admin, member) decide who can invite, who can change the representative agent, and who can edit what.
Models on Amazon Bedrock
AI answers are generated on Amazon Bedrock, not on the model makers' own servers. Your documents are stored encrypted on AWS in Ireland and aren't used to train tting's models or anyone else's. A few other services handle specific jobs, like document search and web search. The Privacy Policy lists them all.
tting staff can't read your files
tting staff can see file names and sizes, never what's inside. Conversation text is opened only for a support case with your consent, and every such access is logged.
What you can do with it
Delete your account
From Settings, or through the account deletion page. Memory built from your activity can be removed on request to cs@vmsforsea.com.
Report an answer
Any answer can be reported from the conversation. When a model declines a request, you get the reason in your own language.
