Included every month
Each paid plan comes with points. Monthly points do not carry over. Free comes with 2,000 points once, on sign-up.
Top up any time
Buy points on any plan, including Free. 1,000 points is one dollar. Top up from 10,000 points. Purchased points are valid for 5 years; complimentary points for 30 days, and they are used first. Yearly billing is 20% less.
The model sets the pace
Pick the model per conversation. The same points go up to ten times further on a lighter model than on a frontier model, and the app shows how fast each one spends.

When points run out, only actions that use a model pause. Your workspace, documents, agents and installed items stay as they are until you top up or change plan.

Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable tax. Storage is one allowance for everything in the workspace; documents in Knowledge take more room than the same file simply stored. Up to 50 workflow runs can be in progress at once on every plan. Subscriptions renew on the date of first payment, monthly or yearly, until canceled in Settings. New seats are available right away and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal. Price changes are announced 30 days ahead.
Pricing questions
Can I turn my personal workspace into a team?
No. A personal workspace is always one person. To work with others, create a company workspace and invite them. Documents and agents do not move between the two automatically.
Is there a free seat for small teams?
No. A company workspace is paid from the first user. Try tting on your own with the Free plan, then create the company workspace when the team is ready.
What happens when points run out?
Actions that use a model pause and the workspace owner is notified. Buy a top-up, or wait for the next month's included points. Nothing is deleted.
What happens when I hit the workflow run limit?
Runs pause until the next renewal date or an upgrade. The workflow itself stays switched on and resumes by itself.
Which models can I use?
Claude, GPT, Qwen and Kimi, on every plan, chosen per conversation. All of them run on Amazon Bedrock, and what you type isn't used for training.
How do I pay?
By card, in USD. Receipts, renewal reminders and any price change notices come by email from tting.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of a payment, you can cancel and get back unused points and the unused part of your plan or seats. After that, monthly plans aren't prorated, and canceling stops the next renewal. Yearly plans can be canceled at any time. We refund the yearly payment minus the monthly list price for each month used, counting the month the plan started. If you close your account or delete a workspace, remaining purchased points are refunded on request. Free points aren't refunded.
