tting starts from a simple observation: on every team, someone already knows the right way to do the job. They know which document to check, what a good result looks like, and what to leave out. That knowledge rarely gets written down, and when they're busy, everyone else guesses.
tting gives that knowledge a place to live. Documents go into Knowledge. The way of working goes into a Skill. Both are attached to an agent that anyone in the workspace can ask. The work that repeats every week becomes a workflow that runs on its own and reports back.
We made three choices early and stuck with them. Answers cite their sources, so nobody has to take an agent's word for it. Reading never interrupts, and you decide which actions need approval. And permissions follow the person: an agent reads a connected service with the permissions of the person asking.
