What your agents know, and how they work.
Storage is one place with three parts. Knowledge holds the documents agents answer from. Skills hold the way they should work. Artifacts hold what they produce. Everything counts toward one workspace quota.
Upload it once. Any agent can cite it.
tting reads every document you put in Knowledge. Attach a document to an agent and its answers come with citations back to the page.
- You can see it reading. Each document shows its progress, and you can have it read again when the file changes.
- Nothing disappears from under an agent. A document attached to an agent or a workflow can't be deleted until you detach it, and the list of what depends on it is right there.
- Scoped per agent. An agent only reads the documents you gave it.
Write down how the work gets done. Agents follow it.
A skill is a folder that describes a way of working: the procedure, the judgement calls, the output format, the things not to do. Attach it to an agent and the agent works that way.
- Draft a skill from one good example. Upload a deliverable you're proud of. tting reads how it's put together and drafts the skill for you to refine.
- Up to 50 per agent. Mix a house style, a report format and a checklist on one agent.
- Edits apply in place. Skills aren't versioned. A skill attached to an agent can't be deleted until it's detached.
What agents and workflows produce, kept in one place.
Files created in a conversation or by a workflow land in Artifacts as docx, pdf, xlsx, md or txt. Open them, download them, delete them. A new file with the same name as an existing one gets a number added rather than overwriting it.
How Storage is counted.
One quota per workspace
Knowledge, Skills and Artifacts share the workspace's Storage allowance, and each plan sets a maximum size per file. See pricing for the amounts.
Knowledge takes more space than a plain file
A document agents can answer from takes more of the allowance than the same file simply stored, because tting keeps it ready to search.
No trash yet
Deleting is final. Folders and file version history are on the roadmap.
