This page explains how to request deletion of your tting (eazlyai, Inc.) account and data.
Delete from the app
- Open Settings in the tting app.
- Select account deletion.
- Follow the prompts, and your account moves to the deleted state.
If you own a company workspace, delete that workspace or transfer its ownership before you delete your account.
Request by email
Write to cs@vmsforsea.com with the email address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted.
What is deleted
Account information (email address, Google and Apple account identifiers, sign-in device identifiers, sessions), your profile (name, profile image, display language), the chats, attachments, outputs, Agents, Workflow definitions and run records in your personal workspace, uploaded documents and their index data, memory, connector tokens, notification settings and history, and any API keys you registered.
What is retained
Records the Company must keep under statute are retained for the period the statute requires: contracts and withdrawal of subscription and payment records for 5 years, consumer complaint records for 3 years, and access logs for 3 months. Content you left in a company workspace belongs to that workspace and remains there.
When deletion happens
Your data is deleted completely 30 days after you request account deletion. Within those 30 days you can restore your account by signing in again, or by asking at cs@vmsforsea.com.
